Digital word-of-mouth has changed the way consumers make decisions. Having no online presence can often be more detrimental than having some critical feedback. Your business seems obscure and irrelevant if little or nothing comes up in a quick online search. Enhancing your business’ credibility means solidifying your online presence. Not only is word-of-mouth a (basically) free method of advertising, it is also an organic way to pique interest in your brand.
